Commercial team advises Norad Travel on the purchase of Erne Travel

MacDonald Oates’ Corporate Partner Kevin Smith led the Commercial Services team on the purchase of Erne Travel for client Norad Travel Limited. The Commercial Services team included Linda Wilson, Employment Associate, who advised on all employment matters relating to the transaction.

Norad Travel provides nationwide corporate and leisure travel services. They have an office based in Liss and their office in Trowbridge was acquired following the purchase of Howard Travel last year. Now a new office has been acquired in Enniskillen, Northern Ireland.
