Kevin is a Partner, CEO, COFA and Head of the Commercial Department. Kevin is based at the Petersfield office.

As well as practising in construction and engineering law, Kevin is also a highly experienced residential property lawyer.

Career History

Kevin started out as a trainee solicitor at Neale Turk Rochfort in 1998 qualifying as a solicitor in 2000. Four years after qualifying he joined Bell Pope and then spent a year at Dutton Gregory. Kevin joined MacDonald Oates in 2007 and became a Partner in 2012 and CEO in 2022.

Kevin is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is also a Member of Hampshire Incorporated Law Society.

In his spare time Kevin enjoys gardening, travelling, golf and community activities.
