Career History

Matt studied at the University of Salford where he gained a BA (Hons) in Politics and Contemporary History and completed both the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester. He completed his training course with Gurney-Champion & Co in Portsmouth where he qualified into the firm’s property and civil litigation department, joining MacDonald Oates in November 2013.

Personal

Outside work Matt belongs to a badminton club, supports Liverpool FC and follows Formula One whilst also enjoying films, especially the Bond movies, cooking at home and eating out.
